Peak Emulsions develops machines for emulsion manufacturing. Enabling consistent, stable, and energy-efficient production of advanced formulations.
How can we help your industry into a more healthy and sustainable future?

Being gentle towards the fragile ingredients, we can preserve the natural content of vitamins and micronutrients
Gentle processing for natural integrity
Our machines make it possible to create stable food emulsions without harsh treatment.
By preserving the structure of fragile ingredients, we retain the natural content of vitamins, micronutrients, and bioactives that typically degrade under high-pressure or high-shear mixing.
This approach enables:
Engineered for Stability and Nutrition in Functional Food and Supplements.

Make sure to get a consistent functionality of your creams and lotions and achieve just the right consistency
Superior texture and stability for high-performance formulations
Our technology enables uniform droplet control and gentle processing, creating emulsions that remain stable without excessive use of synthetic emulsifiers.
This means longer shelf life, smoother texture, and improved sensory performance – even for formulations with high levels of natural or active ingredients.
It’s a new standard for cosmetic manufacturing:
Better texture, longer stability – engineered for natural cosmetics.

A completely monodisperse droplet distribution in your product will enable a high control of dosage
Precision that protects performance
For pharmaceutical and biotech applications, precision in droplet formation defines success.
Our machines provide controlled emulsification for encapsulation, drug delivery, and formulation development — offering consistency, sterility, and scalability.
This enables:
Engineered for reliability where precision isn’t optional.

Achieve new functionalities for your chemical industry. Gain control of the properties, using less energy
Achieving Consistent Quality through Controlled Micro-Structure
In industrial chemistry and materials production, uniformity is critical.
Our precision emulsification systems create tightly controlled particle sizes of dispersions and emulsions for coatings, lubricants, adhesives and functional materials – delivering superior performance and stability.
Benefits include:
For manufacturers where performance depends on precision.
Most existing manufacturing methods rely on high-pressure or high-shear mixing.
They consume enormous amounts of energy, generate heat that destroys sensitive ingredients, and depend on chemical stabilizers to keep products consistent.
The result? Higher production costs, reduced quality, and less sustainable products.
The conventional methods end up with:

Our machines bring precision control to emulsion manufacturing.
They combine ingredients gently, producing uniform and stable results while cutting energy use and reducing the need for additives.
Built for scalability from day one, the technology is now available at lab scale — ready to evolve toward full industrial production.
Advantages:
Monodispersity
Consistent droplet sizes from formulation to full production — batch after batch.
Energy efficiency
Significantly less energy use compared to traditional high-pressure systems.
Fewer additives
Naturally stable mixtures reduce or eliminate the need for chemical stabilizers.
Modular and scalable design
Adaptable from R&D labs to industrial lines.

Meet the founders
Nastasia is co-founder and CEO of Peak Emulsions. She has more than ten years of experience working with product development, project management, and team leadership, and holds a PhD in Polymer Engineering and Nanoscience from DTU.
She is responsible for the overall direction of the company and oversees management, funding, IP, compliance, and organizational development. Nastasia focuses on building a company where advanced technology can move out of the lab and into real manufacturing environments, with solutions that are both technically sound and commercially realistic.
Conor is co-founder and Scientific Director at Peak Emulsions. He has around five years of experience working with microfluidics and diagnostics, including experimental setups, surface chemical engineering, and device-level development. He holds a master’s degree in chemistry from DTU.
Conor leads the technical work at Peak Emulsions. His responsibilities include product and process development, technical leadership on customer and collaboration projects, and risk assessment across funded R&D activities. He plays a central role in ensuring the technology is robust, scalable, and ready for industrial use.

Test what precision emulsification can do for your formulation
Every formulation behaves differently, and that’s where our machines make the difference.
We offer evaluation services for formulation teams looking to test how monodisperse emulsions perform with their own ingredients.
If you’re considering our lab-scale formulation machine, you can start by conducting an evaluation project at our facility.
You’ll receive a detailed report including:
Additional evaluation services and extended studies are available upon request.
We’re here to listen, collaborate, and drive your vision forward.
